Flight: return flight ticket for each participant. The Expo’s Organising Office books the flights and organises the return flight from/to the nearest airport, managing all the concerning paperwork.
Transfer to/from the airport: the Organising Office provides a transportation service to and from the airport directly to the hotel in downtown Lugano for each flight. A daily transportation service to and from the Expo is also provided.
Accommodation in 4 star or superior hotel in Lugano: the Expo has established important partnerships with the most prestigious hotels in Lugano. The hotels have been selected for comfort and exclusive services and the proximity not only to the Exhibition Centre, but also to the points of interest of the town, allowing participants to fully enjoy their business and leisure trip.
Graphic customisation of the stand: in addition to being fully furnished and supplied turnkey, the stand will be highly personalised thanks to giant posters with a strong emotional and aesthetic impact.
Access to all side events: the Exhibition has developed a rich programme of side events reserved to its participants that includes, for example, guided tour of Lac, Lugano’s Cultural Centre, and of other points of interest of the city, visit Bellinzona’s castles, UNESCO Heritage, shopping at Fox Town, the biggest outlet store in southern Europe; tastings of Ticino’s food and wine tradition in typical cellars and grottos.
Invitation to the exclusive party for the exhibitors: during the opening night, October 30th 2016, a big party open to all exhibitors will be held in one of the pavilions at the Exhibition Centre. A pleasant moment where you may establish important international relationships.
