2007 Novelty: Business To Business Meetings


The International Holiday Exhibition "IViaggiatori" 2007 opens itself to the business to business. Traditionally oriented towards the large public - 80.000 visitors are expected for the next edition - the Exhibition starts a new trend with the creation of the meeting program directed to the operators.

Practically, besides the possibility of presenting their proposals to the public, the exhibitors can fix some meetings with professional partners - travel agencies, travel manager coordinators, ski clubs and associatons - due to the development of new commercial relationships. Thanks to this project, developped on the base of the demands resulted from the constant comparison with the requests of the customers of the Exhibition, the International Holiday Exhibition allows to kill two birds with one stone, reaching two extremely interesting targets with a proper use of its sources. The appointments are data processing managed thanks to a web application that allows the operators to know in advance the partecipants to the Exhibition and to choose the destinations and facilities which interest them most.

Thanks to this software and to the use of simple e-mail, the operators who will take part to the Exhibition have the possibility of organizing their agenda, according to their work necessities. As soon as the Organization will "open" the application access, all the inscribed operators will receive a personal password in order to let them enter the software, choose the destinations and fix the appointments in great advance.
